& Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 2z222 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter. No employee, agent, or representative of 2z222 has authority to vary these terms on an individual basis unless such variation is confirmed in writing by a duly authorised officer of the platform.

Your acceptance of these terms is a condition precedent to accessing any real-money service on 2z222, including but not limited to depositing funds, placing bets, participating in live casino games, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an account and must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 2z222. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published by 2z222, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing the 2z222 platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the 2z222 platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them. Real-money balances may be refunded at 2z222's sole discretion following investigation.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly at [email protected] if any of your details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 2z222 will never ask you to disclose your password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Any activity that takes place while your credentials are being used — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have previously reported a security breach to our support team.

Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal may be processed. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation that the MFS account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card used for deposit is registered in your own name.

2z222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where this is considered necessary to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations or to confirm the legitimacy of account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

2z222 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when read together.

Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total eligible bets equal to 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

Eligible Games. Not all games on the 2z222 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type will be published in the promotion terms. As a general principle, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. Live casino games may be excluded entirely from certain promotions.

Bonus Abuse. 2z222 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk ("hedging"), exploiting software errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or any other strategy that 2z222 deems to constitute an abuse of its promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 2z222 reserves the right to void the associated bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the implicated account(s).

General Bonus Restrictions. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other item of value outside the specific conditions attached to the promotion. 2z222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing legitimate bonus balances that have already been credited to accounts will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of issue.

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the 2z222 platform, engage in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity, whether under Bangladeshi law or the laws of any other jurisdiction.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or on behalf of a third party without that party's full knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 2z222 platform, its software, or its game systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any administrative system of 2z222.
• Colluding with other players — for example, sharing hole-card information in poker variants or coordinating bets in live table games.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or loophole to gain an advantage and failing to report it immediately to [email protected].
• Using the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any form of unsolicited communication to other players or 2z222 staff.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward 2z222 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion measure, or account restriction that has been applied to your account by 2z222 or at your own request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2z222, its operators, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to a technical failure, platform outage, or manifest error as described in Section 7.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, server failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh or internationally.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on game outcome histories, published RTP figures, or promotional materials for the purpose of making betting decisions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your MFS provider, card issuer, or any other third-party payment intermediary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 2z222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other respects, 2z222's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of the deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 2z222 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond that which is explicitly described in our published product materials.

2z222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — that is, where it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — we will provide at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address associated with your account before the amendment takes effect.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms that do not change their substantive effect, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law, may be published without prior notice and will take effect from the date of publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for updates. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version. Your continued use of the 2z222 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

All previous versions of these Terms & Conditions are archived and available on request by contacting [email protected]. Any dispute relating to activity that occurred prior to the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the version of the Terms & Conditions that was in force at the time the relevant activity took place.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online gaming law and fair dealing, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may be applicable in your jurisdiction. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be directed in the first instance to [email protected], and 2z222 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably within 14 business days of receipt.
